Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actor, playback vocalist as well as a musician. She works most often in Tamil as well as Malayalam language films. She first made an appearance as an actor with the Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam and Malayalam debut in Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah has been raised in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian family. Her father is a Madras High Court lawyer. Her younger sister is who lives and works at Leuven Belgium as an assistant to research. Jeremiah is a native of Chennai. in Chennai went to National Public School. He completed his studies at Women's Christian College. Andrea began playing piano during her eighth year. Young Stars, a Jackson Five-style group which she joined at the age of 10, was her foundation to sing and compose music. She appeared as performer in the college, in a variety of productions organized through The Madras Players or EVAM. The president was of the The Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her theatre career with Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. She acted in new leo coffee commercial with actor Shiva in 2006. She also acted on Podhigai Channel on a TV show. Andrea was allegedly threatened with a blackmail. Andrea was chosen for the part after Simran and Tabu were two actors who were contacted by the producers.
